CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Group Reformer Classes (Pilates): 45 Minutes
Group Reformer classes are a revolutionary way to make Pilates accessible to people of all fitness levels. Our classes use a reformer bed which consists of a platform that slides up and down with added resistance provided by springs and ones own body weight. The primary focus of Pilates is awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome: a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs and a strong back!

Group Kick: 55 Minutes
This electric fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

Group Power: 60 Minutes
Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group Step: 60 Minutes

Group Centergy: 60 Minutes

Group Groove: 60 Minutes

Group Active: 60 Minutes

I.C.E. – “Indoor Cycling Experience”: 45 Minutes

Yoga: 90 Minutes

Fightclub: 55 Minutes
A high-intensity fun way to get super fit super fast using basic boxing drills and techniques.  Fightclub is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
